At KIM+ONO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your silk robe or accessory isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
